Kevin Linde Kevin Linde L.P.T. is a licensed physical therapist,a Certified Golf Fitness Instructorand a Certified Strength Training Specialist. He received his Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy at the School of Medical Rehabilitation at the University of Manitoba in Canada.
Kevin specializes in the evaluation and treatment of Myofascial Pain and
Dysfunction. He has completed advanced courses in the evaluation and
treatment of Trigger Points, through manual and
dry needling techniques.
He
has completed advanced courses in the evaluation and treatment of
disorders of the Sacroiliac Joints including the utilization of Muscles
Energy Techniques. Kevin received additional training in the Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Golfers and golf related injuries. He is a Golf Physical Performance Specialist which includes a level 2 medical professional certification by the Titleist Performance Institute.
He has experience working with all age groups in both inpatient and
outpatient settings at hospitals in Canada and the United Sates.
Kevin
also has an extensive sporting background, which includes 12 years of
national-level gymnastics and has his black belt in Tae Kwon Do which contributes to his interest in
sports injuries and injury prevention. Kevin continues to remain active by playing golf, tennis and working out at the gym.
He
currently resides in Fairfax with his wife and two sons. |

Lynn Nelson Lynn Nelson, PT, is a licensed physical therapist with extensive experience practicing in California and Virginia. She received her B.S in physical therapy at California State University Long Beach. She also earned an MBA at the University of San Diego. Lynn specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. She has completed advanced courses in the evaluation and treatment of many different injuries and illnesses, utilizing manual therapy techniques, progressive exercises, and modalities to restore function. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, long term care facilities, home health, and outpatient clinics, treating all age groups. She was the director of a large hospital in Southern California, which included physical therapy, occupational therapy, and sports therapy. She helped start a facility in Northern Virginia, which specialized in the treatment, and prevention of work related injuries. Lynn has developed back schools in California and Northern Virginia. She has also created written exercise programs for home use to improve strength, motion, posture, and function. Lynn also has an extensive background in sports, ranked as a top 10 swimmer in the world for several years. She has represented the U.S. in the World University Games, the Pan American Games, and the Olympic Games. As a result of her involvement in sports, she has had a life long interest in sports injuries, treatment, and prevention. Lynn continues to remain active in swimming, as well as biking and strength training. She currently resides in Centreville with her husband. |
